The special advantages about the apartment are free large space, bright light together with surprising quietness during a day& night. However, it is located in the most town centre. Peaceful atmosphere underlines an opposite Art College, which is empty during evenings and weekends. Next door are bank which guarantees you an absolute privacy.
Location
You could not be more central: Wenceslav Square, Old town -within 10 min walk. Next door building – famous Old Jewish Synagogue and CSOB bank. Therefore you have guaranteed a special comfortable security of your stay. Both ends of the street are leading to little parks, with a water fountain and small church of St. Jindrich. Both ends are also lined by five star hotels.

- Ceilings – 3,5m high. Floors- original parquet in both rooms, the rest of the apartment – design floor Pandamo.
